Description
This VB script creates polygon meshes that will contain only the points of the source meshes, but no polygons and no edges:

Usage
- Open XSI’s Script Editor and load the file emPointMesh.vbs. Make sure that the script language is set to VB Script Language. The settings can be viewed and changed in the preferences of the Script Editor:
- Select one or more polygon meshes.
- Execute the script.
It will generate new polygon meshes containing only points. These objects are located under the scene root and are named as the original objects with an additional “_PointsOnly”:
